Stage 1: Along the route

Fælledparken is the largest park in Copenhagen with runners, skaters and footballers frequenting the grounds. You will also find the Children's Traffic Playground in Fælledparken, where the youngest cyclists can practice in a safe environment.

The Citadel was founded in 1626 by king Christian the 4th and is still active in military service to this day. The Citadel also offers sharp turns and technically challenging terrain for the Tour riders.

This work of art is created by sculptor Anders Bundsgaard in 1908 as a part of the celebration of Carlsbergs 50th birthday.

Prince Frederik the 7th laid the foundations for the Marble Church in 1749, which holds Scandinavia’s largest dome structure.

Founded in 1670 by king Christians the 5th, The King’s square is now home to the royal theatre, Hotel D’Angleterre and the historic shopping center Magasin.

38 km of harbor quay, canals and bridges connect the city. Follow the walking and cycling route Havneringen, which crosses many of the harbor's old and new bridges and bicycle bridges. Jump into the water from one of the many harbor baths and bathing zones - it's clean.

BLOX is a multifunctional house and meeting point for design, architecture and construction and houses, among other things, the Danish Architecture Center. At BLOX we also find the bicycle and pedestrian bridge Lille Langebro, which is one of Copenhagen's many bicycle bridges.

Tivoli Gardens is the world’s second oldest amusement park and one of Copenhagens most beloved tourist attractions.
